## Description

* IT-Support (First Level): Unterstützung unsererMitarbeiter:innenbei Hard- und Softwarefragen (Remote und Vor-Ort), Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze sowie Troubleshooting auf Windows- und macOS-Systemen
 * Hardware Lifecycle Management: Vorbereitung, Konfiguration und Versand von IT-Hardware, Rücknahme und Aufbereitung von Geräten sowie Unterstützung beim nachhaltigen Recyclingprozess
 * IT-Bestellungen &Incident Support: Mitarbeit bei der Beschaffung von Hardware sowie Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Lösung von IT-Problemen (Software, Netzwerk, Endgeräte)
 * Projektarbeit: Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und eigenständige Übernahme von Teilaufgaben - optional auch im Rahmen eines Praxissemesters oder einer Abschlussarbeit
