 * Verständnis für moderne IT-Sicherheitsthemen; Kenntnisse von KRITIS, NIS2 oder ISO 27001 sind von Vorteil
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Freude an einer technischen Führungsrolle
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Führerschein Klasse B.

## Description

* Fachliche Führung & Steuerung: Technische Leitung des Teams für die zentrale IT-Infrastruktur sowie Betreuung externer IT-Dienstleister
 * Rechenzentrum & Hardware: Konzeption, Aufbau und Wartung der Datacenter- und Serverlandschaft auf Basis von Nutanix HCI inklusive Lifecycle-Management und Hardware-Racks
 * Netzwerkarchitektur: Verantwortung für Routing, Switching, VLAN-Segmentierung, Trunking, Port-Konfigurationen und WLAN auf Basis von Cisco- und Dell-Hardware
 * Cloud & Hybrid: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Azure- und Microsoft-365-Umgebungen inklusive Identitäts- und Zugriffsverwaltung
 * Automatisierung: Standardisierung von Abläufen mittels Scripting und Infrastructure-as-Code (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Bash)
 * Security & Compliance: Umsetzung von Sicherheitsstandards im KRITIS- und NIS2-Umfeld (Härtung, Zero-Trust, Schwachstellenmanagement)
 * IT-Betrieb: Sicherstellung des 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports nach ITIL-Standard sowie technische Mitwirkung an Infrastrukturprojekten
