## About the Role

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in SAP CS bzw. SAP S/4HANA Service (kein reines SD-Profil)

 - Gute Kenntnisse in SAP Fiori (fachlich und koordinativ)
 - Erfahrung im Customizing im Service-Umfeld

## Description

Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden S/4HANA-Systemlandschaft (seit 2022 produktiv)

 - Fokus auf SAP Service / CS im Aftersales-Umfeld
 - Implementierung und Customizing von S/4HANA Service sowie SAP Fiori
 - Unterstützung des User-Helpdesks (2nd Level Support)
 - Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Debugging von Systemproblemen
 - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Entwicklern (ABAP) und externen Partnern
 - Unterstützung und Integration bei internationalen Rollouts
 - Mitwirkung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der IT und SAP-Landschaft
 - Koordination von Anforderungen im Fiori-Umfeld, Bis zu 80 % Remote-Arbeit möglich (abhängig vom Wohnort)
 - Flexible Homeoffice-Regelung: 1-2 Tage vor Ort je nach Standortnähe
 - Standorte: verschiedene in NRW
 - Für Kandidaten näher: stärkerer Vor-Ort-Anteil möglich
 - Bei größerer Entfernung (z. B. >200 km): stärker Remote-orientiertes Modell
