* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FH, Universität, HTL) im Bereich Informatik, Software Engineering, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Software- oder IT-Projekte
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) sowie klassischen PM-Ansätzen

 * Zertifizierungen (z. B. PMI, IPMA, Scrum) von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung mit relevanten Tools (z. B. JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
 * Hohe Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lösungsorientierung
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Berufserfahrene, * Gesamtverantwortung für Softwareprojekte und Teilprojekte - von Planung über Umsetzung bis zum erfolgreichen Go-live

 * Erstellung und Steuerung integrierter Projektpläne inklusive Entwicklung, Integration, Testing und Deployment
 * Führung interdisziplinärer Teams sowie aktives Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Entwicklung, Betrieb, Plattform und Fachbereichen
 * Überwachung von Terminen, Budget, Qualität und Risiken sowie transparentes Reporting an das Management
 * Steuerung von Anforderungen, Releases, Changes und Abhängigkeiten zur Sicherstellung der termingerechten Softwarelieferung
 * Weiterentwicklung und Anwendung agiler Projektmanagement- und DevOps-Methoden unter Einhaltung von Governance- und Compliance-Vorgaben
