## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Systems Engineering, Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Diagnose und Reparatur von IT-Servern
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketing-Systemen
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Datacenter-Management und idealerweise DCIM-Tools
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit Serverhardware, Netzwerkverkabelung und Rack-Management
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

Werde jetzt Teil unseres Teams - in einer internen und unbefristeten Festanstellung als Datacenter Technician (m/w/x) Server & Infrastruktur mit folgenden Aufgaben am Standort Berlin:

 * Durchführung von Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten zur Sicherstellung des Betriebsstatus der Plattform
 * Bearbeitung und Priorisierung von Incidents und Intervention Requests über ein Ticketing-System
 * Konfiguration von Servereinstellungen wie ILO, IDRAC und TPM über Kommandozeilen
 * Austausch und Erweiterung von HDD/SSD-Festplatten sowie RAM-Modulen in Servern
 * Wechsel von Server-Mainboards gemäß definierter Prozesse
 * Durchführung von FO- und RJ45-Patching nach geltenden Standards
 * Inbetriebnahme und Außerbetriebnahme von IT-Equipment in Datacenter-Racks
 * Durchführung von Audits, Inventuren und Pflege von Datacenter-Management-Tools (z. B. DCIM)
 * Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder vor Ort in den Datacentern
 * Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Wartungsdokumentationen und regelmäßiges Reporting
