You will analyze a broad portfolio of games with varied player audiences and User Acquisition activities from softlaunch to live games, ensuring a wide diversity of missions and challenges. Your work will directly support smarter decision-making and help shape the future of our games through data. Working under the responsibility of our Technical Director, will revolve around four main pillars 1. Leading the Data Analytics activity * Gather needs from various teams (Game, UA, Monetization, etc.) and propose tailored analytical solutions and visualizations. * Define and manage the data analytics roadmap according to studio priorities and business needs. * Oversee the production of relevant and actionable analysis for different stakeholders. 2. Data Management and quality * Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data relevance and optimize data flows. * Identify and specify new data source requirements, coordinate with the data Engineering team for implementation, and ensure the quality and reliability of these data sources. * Automate key dashboards and reports. * Ensure data reliability and the accuracy of their visualization. 3. Team Leadership and Development * Manage and mentor team members, support their growth, and promote best practices. * Work closely with a wide range of teams - from UA and Monetization to game teams (internal and external), SDK, and Data Engineering - to understand the needs of each department and build a strategy to fit their needs 4.
