## Description

Encadrer et coordonner une équipe de 5 techniciens Service Desk.

 - Assurer le dispatch des tickets et le suivi de leur traitement.
 - Superviser la gestion de la file VIP et des demandes prioritaires.
 - Piloter le backlog sous GLPI et veiller au respect des engagements de service.
 - Gérer les escalades vers les interlocuteurs SIAé (BSC, DTN).
 - Intervenir comme référent technique sur les incidents complexes.
 - Apporter son expertise sur les environnements :

 - Active Directory (AD)
 - MECM / SCCM
 - DHCP
 - Environnement Windows
 - Assurer l'interface quotidienne avec le client.
 - Animer le comité de suivi support hebdomadaire.
 - Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et du support.
 - Former et accompagner les nouveaux techniciens.
