## Description

Traiter les sollicitations utilisateurs (appels, tickets GLPI, courriels).

 - Qualifier, prioriser et résoudre les incidents de premier niveau.
 - Assurer la prise en main à distance des postes de travail via MECM.
 - Gérer les comptes utilisateurs sous Active Directory.
 - Participer aux déploiements logiciels du catalogue.
 - Documenter systématiquement les interventions dans GLPI.
 - Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la résolution de leurs problématiques informatiques.
 - Participer à la continuité de service dans le cadre des rotations horaires (7h30 à 17h30).
