En tant que Technicien Helpdesk N1 en Intérim dans le domaine de l'Informatique, vous serez responsable du traitement des incidents et demandes utilisateurs, de la gestion des outils bureautiques et de la participation aux projets d'infrastructure.

Missions principales du poste :

 - Traiter directement les incidents ou demandes utilisateurs
 - Assurer le suivi des tickets et des demandes
 - Participer à la gestion des outils bureautiques
 - Prendre en charge des projets d'infrastructure
 - Mettre à jour la base des connaissances
