## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring that all technology systems are running smoothly and efficiently., * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
 * Monitor and maintain network and server systems
 * Manage user accounts and permissions
 * Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security
 * Assist with the implementation of new technology systems and upgrades
 * Train employees on new systems and software as needed
 * Document and maintain IT processes and procedures
 * Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
 * Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements
