Tu es diplômé(e) en maintenance informatique (ou équivalent) OU tu as déjà une expérience sur le terrain

## Description

En véritable ambassadeur de notre expertise, tu interviens directement chez les clients pour :

 - Installer, dépanner et maintenir des équipements informatiques et bureautiques (caisses enregistreuses et périphériques associés, imprimantes, écrans, etc.)
 - Diagnostiquer les pannes et assurer les réparations avec méthode et rigueur
 - Assurer un suivi complet de tes interventions (rapports, photos, commandes de pièces)
 - Expliquer tes actions avec clarté auprès des utilisateurs finaux
 - Travailler en binôme avec notre équipe back-office pour une gestion fluide et réactive
 - Appliquer nos procédures qualité pour garantir la satisfaction client
