## Description

Assurer le support informatique de proximité auprès des utilisateurs et résoudre les incidents du quotidien.

Déployer, installer et remplacer les équipements informatiques (postes de travail, périphériques, etc.).

Réaliser les opérations de masterisation des postes via MECM.

Gérer les prêts, restitutions et affectations du matériel informatique.

Effectuer les opérations de brassage réseau et intervenir en salle technique lorsque nécessaire.

Assurer le suivi des interventions et la traçabilité des activités dans GLPI.

Participer au maintien en condition opérationnelle du parc informatique du site.
