## About the Role

* 3+ years of engineering team management experience
 * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
 * 8+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering or Firmware Development
 * Hands-on experience in designing, developing and operationally supporting high volume enterprise servers.
 * Hands-on experience with system-level analysis and debug
 * Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, * Experience in managing both Hardware and Software/Systems Development teams
 * Experience leading server development teams (either Hardware or Firmware)
 * Experience in working with CM/OEM/ODM vendors for design development and manufacturing
 * Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
 * High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
