Preferred Qualifications * Experience working for a managed service provider. * Experience supporting healthcare, dental, professional-services, or other regulated businesses. * Familiarity with Windows domain environments, Microsoft 365 administration, and remote monitoring tools. * Experience with Datto RMM * Experience with imaging tools such as Clonezilla * Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPNs, switches, and firewalls. * Basic understanding of cable management Physical and Scheduling Requirements * Ability to lift and carry computers, battery backups, monitors, and other equipment weighing up to 40 pounds. * Ability to work under desks, reach behind equipment, climb a small ladder, and perform hands-on installations. ## Description We are seeking a Hybrid IT Support & Field Service Technician to provide remote help desk assistance and on-site technical support to our managed services clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technology, working with tools, installing equipment, and communicating directly with customers. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable resolving support tickets remotely and performing hands-on fieldwork at client locations. Strong communication, professionalism, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail are essential.
