Exceptional ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness. ## Description We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient VoIP/VTC Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support NETCOM in providing real-time Internet Protocol (IP) networking services for voice and video to over 1,200,000 Army CONUS subscribers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for secure VoIP/VTC systems, while strictly adhering to DoD cybersecurity and RMF standards., Operations and Maintenance (O&M) * Support NETCOM in providing real-time Internet Protocol (IP) networking services for voice and video to over 1.2 million Army CONUS subscribers. * Handle all aspects of Operating and Maintaining (O&M) secure VoIP/VTC systems, encompassing end-user devices, hardware, and software. * Support NIPR and SIPR VTCs as well as both Unclassified and Classified meetings. * Troubleshoot field issues and provide advanced technical support for customer VoIP solutions. Cybersecurity and Compliance * Provide Risk Management Framework (RMF) and eMASS support to the Cybersecurity team. * Manage paperwork and documentation for Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) DRAs/POA&Ms, Authority to Operate (ATO), and RMF. * Provide STIG support and implement new STIG requirements to maintain a secure and compliant operational environment. * Interact with DoD security professionals to ensure that proper information assurance (IA) controls are successfully implemented.
