In this role, you'll work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to configure test programs, troubleshoot software-hardware integration issues, and develop tools that streamline test execution and data analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong programming skills (Python, C#, LabVIEW, or similar) with a working knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies, instrumentation control, and automated handler/prober integration. This is a customer-facing technical role, requiring the ability to translate application requirements into robust software solutions while providing hands-on support during system bring-up, qualification, and field deployment., * Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science * Python, C++, C# Experience * Experience building SW Code using ai tools such as Claude or Codex * Computer peripheral knowledge * Ability to perform certain work with hand tools Preferred * Bilingual - English/Mandarin * Organized and detail oriented * Equipment installation/service/maintenance experience * Thermal equipment control and knowledge * Working experience or knowledge of semiconductor or optic industry * 1+ years on relative job function and experience on fields of service or application, * Do you have experience with thermal equipment control?
