## Description

The Data Specialist is a member of the EnCompass Data team that will support the Data and Evaluation Manager with data needs for various programs throughout the Encompass organization, including but not limited to, tracking and collecting data, data entry, data extraction and cleaning, and report making. The Data Specialist position requires attention to detail and accuracy., * Track and collect data for EnCompass' student and family-facing programs.

 * Enter relevant data into the EnCompass database.
 * Extract data from the database by downloading to Excel.
 * Clean data by removing duplicate entries, correcting formatting, and adding appropriate filters.
 * Create program-specific and organization-wide reports on a monthly basis.
 * Collaborate with various programs to meet their unique data-related needs.
 * Retrieve and report specific program data points upon request
