## About the Role

* 8-10 years of project management experience
 * SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
 * Large ERP implementation experience within a manufacturing environment
 * Multi-site deployment experience
 * Experience working with cross-functional leadership, including executive communication
 * RAID management experience (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
 * Strong facilitation skills, with strengths in people management and driving decisions without authority

PREFERRED SKILLS:

 * PMP, Prosci, or Agile certification
 * Data migration or cutover planning experience
 * Exposure to SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, or EWM
 * Experience working in a highly matrixed global organization

## Description

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Project Manager to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This person will help prepare and execute a global SAP S/4HANA implementation, coordinating across business functions., * Drive cross-functional execution and track milestones and dependencies

 * Manage a RAID log and provide executive status reporting
 * Coordinate with the Global PMO
 * Support SIT/UAT planning and cutover readiness
 * Facilitate governance meetings
 * Escalate risks as needed to keep all partners informed
 * Coordinate data and business readiness as well as organizational change activities
 * Ensure deliverables from functional workstreams stay aligned
