## Description

We are a local IT services provider specializing in computer network and software installation, maintenance, and ongoing support for small businesses throughout the Southwest Florida area. We are seeking a reliable, professional IT Support Specialist to join our team and deliver excellent technical service both remotely and at client sites.Key Responsibilities

 * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments
 * Manage TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, and related network infrastructure
 * Provide software installation, configuration, and support for common business applications
 * Deliver remote support and perform onsite visits at client locations (approximately 50/50 split)
 * Communicate clearly and professionally with business owners and staff
 * Document work performed and maintain accurate service record
