A minimum of four (4) years of experience in supporting computer systems related to digital environment. OR An earned associates degree from an accredited A minimum of two (2) years of experience in supporting computer systems related to digital environment. AND Proficiency required in the following: Basic hardware and software troubleshooting Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems Installing and maintaining software applications Managing and maintaining computer network systems including Virtual and Local Area Networks Supporting enterprise applications used in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, and electronic mail, cloud storage and other related applications. Effective communication Computer skills as required for the position PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bilingual skills., The Technology Support Specialist I & II jobs are designated as one job for the purpose of job progression when the employee has achieved an evaluation indicating that his/her job performance has met or exceeded the expectations of the job.
