## About the Role

Information Technology Managed Service Provider in Palm Beach County seeks a support specialist interested in full-time employment. The individual must be a self-starter and have a true passion for technology. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply.

Expectations:

Communication, Responsiveness, Commitment, Reliability, Organizational Skills, and Patience, * Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

 * 2+ years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or MSP environment
 * Strong working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and user/group management
 * Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
 * Experience with ticketing systems, remote monitoring, and remote access tools
 * Ability to multitask and switch quickly between different client environments
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Customer-first mindset with a professional, service-oriented approach

Preferred Knowledge and Comfortable working with the following:

 * MSP experience supporting 20+ client environments
 * IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent)
 * Experience with RMM and PSA tools such as Datto and Autotask
 * Familiarity with backup solutions, endpoint security, and MFA
 * Basic PowerShell scripting or automation exposure
 * Experience with VoIP systems and managed firewalls

Work Environment

 * Fast-paced MSP support desk with frequent context switching
 * Remote and occasional on-site client support
 * On-call rotation or after-hours work may be required
 * Ability to lift and transport IT equipment (up to 50 lbs), * Bachelor's (Preferred)

 * Windows: 2 years (Required)
 * Active Directory: 2 years (Required)

## Description

The IT Support Specialist (MSP) provides technical support to multiple client environments, delivering responsive, high-quality service in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment.
