Pharma GxP software development experience, preferred. * Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and best practices. * Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and engage stakeholders. * Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, assess risks, and develop solutions. * Facilitation Skills: Ability to facilitate meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes effectively. * Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements. * Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. * Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of Agile practices and processes. * Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a standard office environment, using a computer and other office equipment. ## Description * The Scrum Master for Digital Projects at GPS BI&T will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the Agile development process for the initiatives. * This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and product owners, to ensure the successful delivery of Digital projects. * The Scrum Master will help the team adhere to Agile principles, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. * By fulfilling the responsibilities and duties, the Scrum Master for AI Projects will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of AI initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and driving the organization's strategic goals in the field of artificial intelligence.
