Successful candidates will also have: * Strong Microsoft Office and overall computer skills. * Ability to analyze and interpret field test data, verify proper test setup and execution, and ensure results accurately reflect equipment condition and performance. * Strong communication, organization, influence, and business skills. * Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. * Ability to train, mentor, and guide technicians and team members on new processes and procedures., * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 1-2 years of utility work experience; or * Technical institute graduate with 5+ years of technical experience; or * 5-7 years of experience in industrial and/or utility power delivery systems with a focus on quality assurance.
