As a Lead Engineer, you will own critical product features end-to-end, leveraging a serverless AWS stack and TypeScript to ship life-saving tools for medical teams and patients while navigating novel technical challenges in deep phenotyping., * Work alongside an elite technical team including YC founders and Cambridge MB/PhDs who have built self-driving vehicles and acoustic deep learning systems.

 * Ship at incredible speed on a highly scalable, zero-ops serverless architecture that handles thousands of medical channels and real-time patient data processing.
 * Contribute to a mission-critical platform that predated the vertical AI craze, utilizing a 2021 patent on active reinforcement learning for clinical excellence., * Architect and deploy type-safe, full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, and Angular across both clinical and patient-facing web environments.
 * Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex product features, from initial conception through to production on AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and SQS infrastructure.
