## Description

The IT manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of the IT department. In this job, the Fort Wayne area IT manager will determine the needs of other departments to ensure proper maintenance and growth of the company's computer networks. The ideal candidate for the job will be prepared to troubleshoot any network issues to reduce downtime and repair costs. This job also is responsible for leading and managing IT staff in the development and maintenance of technology solutions. The Fort Wayne area IT Manager will stay up to date on technological advancements to provide innovative techniques and solutions for the company in the Fort Wayne area, * The IT Manager will develop and implement IT related policies and procedures.

 * This job will lead day to day operations and develop a strategic vision to move the department forward
 * The IT Manager will lead and supervise staff to install and test system upgrades and provide network related guidance and feedback.
 * Manage and maintain staff to provide solutions to IT and network problems.
 * The IT manager will also track and analyze performance metrics in order to determine IT needs.
