## About the Role

* 5+ years of enterprise production support or IT operations experience.
 * Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise data warehouse technologies.
 * Experience troubleshooting complex production environments.
 * Linux/Ubuntu administration and command-line experience.
 * Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and networking fundamentals.
 * Experience with log analysis, monitoring tools, and root cause analysis.
 * Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Snowflake experience (preferred, not required).
 * Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse platforms.
 * SQL/PLSQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
 * Experience with Git and deployment automation tools.
 * Java application environments (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, NGINX).
 * ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
 * Python and PostgreSQL experience.
 * Experience supporting cloud migration initiatives.

 * Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
 * Monitor production environments and drive continuous improvements to support processes.
 * Support SDLC environments, deployments, and automation.
 * Develop and maintain scripts, runbooks, and technical documentation.
 * Analyze system performance, logs, and production data to proactively identify issues.
 * Partner with engineering, infrastructure, database, and business teams to improve system reliability.
 * Support the organization''s cloud migration and growing Snowflake environment.
 * Evolve into the primary Snowflake SME, establishing best practices across the enterprise.
