 * Design and develop web portals and ServiceNow Service Catalog.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
 * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
 * Stay current on industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development.
