## About the Role

What we're looking for
We're interested in people who bring:

 * Data policy, data governance, or data strategy experience

 * Experience leading or managing data transformation initiatives.

 * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and professional judgement.

 * The confidence to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders.

 * The ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance.

It would be great if you also have experience in:

 * Defence, Government, National Security, or similarly complex environments.

 * Planning and delivering change across large organisations.

 * Explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience
