## About the Role

* Minimum HNC in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience, or relevant STEM degree. Incorporated / Chartered status or developing towards desirable.
 * An understanding of statutory, regulatory & license requirements, industry wide codes, network and engineering standards.
 * Fundamental knowledge of the design, operation, protection and safety of electricity networks, and the interface with Transmission.
 * Experience of Power System Analysis software e.g. PowerFactory, PSSE and the willingness to learn new systems with the ability to use Python (an understanding of CIM would be advantageous)
 * Experience of understanding and implementing robust data governance processes and ability to analyse large data sets to produce key reports.
