Desirable Experience It would be advantageous to have experience with: * NHS IT environments or other large, highly regulated organisations. * Citrix administration. * SQL Server and database support. * Backup technologies and disaster recovery processes. * Microsoft certifications such as MCP, MCSE or equivalent. * Supporting clinical or business-critical applications. ## Description This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to provide high-level technical support across a complex healthcare environment, delivering 2nd and 3rd line support to clinical and corporate users. Working as part of the Trust's Technical Support Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security and performance of critical IT systems that support the delivery of safe and effective patient care. The Role As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide specialist technical support, advice and guidance across the Trust's IT infrastructure.
