Reporting to the Service & Infrastructure Manager, the role will support operational service delivery across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Equinix-hosted infrastructure, and associated business-critical systems and services. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring infrastructure platforms remain secure, resilient, stable, and operationally effective. The role requires a practical and hands-on individual with experience supporting cloud and infrastructure environments, operational service management activities, system monitoring, incident resolution, supplier coordination, and technical implementations.
