## About the Role

JKM Technologies is looking for a creative and technically-minded Product Designer to join our growing team in Chapel-en-le-Frith.

We're looking for somebody with creativity, attention to detail and a genuine interest in technology.

You don't need years of experience. We are happy to consider junior candidates with the right attitude and potential., * Enjoys problem solving

 * Has strong attention to detail
 * Can communicate ideas clearly
 * Has a good eye for design
 * Is organised and self-motivated
 * Wants to learn and progress
 * Has an interest in technology

Desirable Experience

Any of the following would be useful:

 * Figma
 * UI Design
 * UX Design
 * Product Design
 * Graphic Design
 * Creative Media
 * Technical Documentation
 * Business Analysis

## Description

You will work directly with customers and our development teams to help shape and design new software products, Android applications, cloud systems and business solutions.

This role combines:

 * UI/UX Design
 * Wireframing
 * Customer Requirement Gathering
 * Process Mapping
 * Functional Specifications
 * Figma Prototyping
 * Product Design

This is not a developer role, although an interest in technology and how software works is important.

We are far more interested in finding someone with talent, curiosity, creativity and a desire to learn than somebody who already knows everything., * Business systems

 * Android applications
 * Cloud platforms
 * Kiosk solutions
 * Warehouse software
 * Bespoke enterprise applications

What You'll Be Doing

 * Meeting customers and understanding requirements
 * Producing technical specifications
 * Creating wireframes and user journeys
 * Designing interfaces in Figma
 * Working with developers throughout projects
 * Improving existing products and workflows
 * Helping shape new products and ideas
