You enjoy taking an idea from a conversation to a working prototype and then refining it into something people rely on every day. You're naturally curious, constantly exploring new AI capabilities and excited about how emerging technologies can improve businesses. You balance technical depth with commercial thinking-you don't just ask "Can we build this?" but "Should we?" and "Will it make a difference?" You're comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can explain complex AI concepts in plain English. Most importantly, you're motivated by impact rather than hype. What You'll Bring We're open to different backgrounds, but you'll likely have experience with many of the following: * Building applications using modern Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or open-source alternatives). * Python and modern software engineering practices. * AI APIs, SDKs and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar. * Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases and semantic search. * AI agents, workflow automation and orchestration. * Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. * REST APIs and integration with enterprise applications. * Prompt engineering, evaluation and optimisation. * Git, CI/CD and deploying production applications. * Understanding of AI governance, security, privacy and responsible AI principles.
