## Description

Are you an experienced IT Operations Manager looking for an opportunity to lead and shape a high-performing IT function? We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded professional to oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage third-party suppliers and ensure the delivery of secure, reliable and efficient technology services across a growing organisation.

This is a varied and hands-on leadership role where you will play a key part in driving operational excellence, improving service delivery and supporting future business growth., * Lead the day-to-day management of IT operations, infrastructure and support services.

 * Manage external IT support and cyber security partners, ensuring service levels are achieved.
 * Lead and develop the internal IT operations team, creating a customer-focused support culture.
 * Oversee the maintenance, performance and availability of hardware, software and network infrastructure.
 * Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring IT services meet operational needs.
 * Manage supplier relationships, budgets and service agreements.
 * Support the delivery of IT projects and operational improvements.
 * Oversee onboarding processes, equipment lifecycle management and user access.
 * Ensure cyber security controls, monitoring and incident management processes remain effective.
 * Support data protection activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and governance requirements.
 * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across IT operations and service delivery.
