Supporting pre-sales activities and providing technical input during customer discussions Providing third-line support and technical escalation when required Working closely with customers to ensure successful project deliveryWhat we're looking for Strong experience delivering infrastructure projects Good knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V and SCCM Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy administration Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions Strong networking knowledge, including switching, wireless and network security Experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls Ability to produce technical documentation and implement complex solutions Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Full UK Driving LicenceNice to have Experience working for an MSP Aruba switching and wireless technologies Aruba Central HPE server and storage solutions Veeam Backup & Replication SD-WAN solutionsWhat's on offer £40,000 - £55,000 salary Remote working Varied project work
