BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
At least 3 years in software engineering, AI engineering, cloud engineering or related discipline
Strong Python programming skills
Experience developing APIs, backend services or business applications
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
Experience with software engineering and deployment practices including version control, testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployments

OverviewIn this role you will turn AI concepts into production-ready, secure AI solutions within Synthon's Azure environment. You'll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deploy and integrate AI-powered applications that drive practical business value. You will operationalize ML and Generative AI, build scalable cloud-first solutions, and establish reliable engineering practices for governance and security in a regulated pharma setting. This hands?on position offers impact across platforms, integrations, and enterprise tools.
