## About the Role

Experience developing AI solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, and Cognitive Services.
Knowledge of responsible AI principles, AI governance, security, and compliance considerations.
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and business workflows.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Understanding of cloud-native architectures and deploying AI solutions on Azure.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, and custom Copilot development.
Hands-on experience implementing enterprise RAG architectures and knowledge management solutions.
Experience with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of LLMOps, model evaluation, monitoring, and AI lifecycle management.
Azure certifications related to AI, Data, or Cloud technologies.
Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related disciplines.
Experience leading AI transformation initiatives or AI adoption programs.
