## About the Role

* Hands-on production Kubernetes experience with upgrades, multi-namespace RBAC, and incident handling
 * Fluency in Helm and GitOps tooling; ability to write charts from scratch
 * PostgreSQL operations experience: replication, backups, connection pooling, performance tuning
 * Experience with Infrastructure as Code and avoiding manual configurations
 * Observability experience: PromQL, Grafana dashboards, actionable alerts
 * Knowledge of cloud-native security concepts: mTLS, OAuth2/OIDC, certificate management, network policies
 * Experience in regulated/compliance-sensitive environments (healthcare, finance, government) is a plus
 * English communication; German is a plus

## Description
