## About the Role

## Description

Für diese Position wird ein erfahrener Entwickler* gesucht, der die Verantwortung für komplexe C++-Lösungen übernehmen, Nachwuchskräfte betreuen und die Weiterentwicklung einer bestehenden Qt-Anwendung vorantreiben kann - einschließlich CI/CD und Testautomatisierung., * Entwicklung komplexer, leistungsstarker und skalierbarer Softwarelösungen in C++.

 * Weiterentwicklung und Erweiterung einer bestehenden Qt-Anwendung.
 * Selbstständige Ermittlung und Klärung von Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendern und Schnittstellenpartnern.
 * Abstimmung mit Schnittstellenpartnern und Erstellung umfassender Dokumentationen und Benutzerhandbücher.
 * Die Automatisierung vorantreiben, aussagekräftige Unit- und Integrationstests (z. B. mit Catch2) schreiben und CI/CD-Pipelines optimieren
 * Junior- und Mid-Level-Entwickler durch technische Führung unterstützen; ihre Entwicklung durch aktives Mentoring fördern
