This newly created role will modernize our IT environment and build a scalable foundation to support continued growth. This leader will oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and data management, while driving the adoption of AI and automation tools to enhance business operations and decision-making. The role is both strategic and hands-on, serving as a key partner to executive leadership., * Technology Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a firm-wide technology roadmap aligned with CP Engineers' strategic goals.
