* Kontinuierliche Steuerung und Überwachung der externen IT-Dienstleister und Service Provider
 * Kommunikation mit Usern, Geschäftspartnern und Vorgesetzten
 * Beratung, Design, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Cloud-based und Modern Workplace in allen Arbeitsbereichen und -situationen
 * Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung der internen IT-Strukturen
 * Technische Unterstützung in den Bereichen der IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
 * Vor Ort-Unterstützung in unseren Standorten bei der Evaluation von Infrastruktur-Projekten
 * Betreuung und Ausbau von Private- und Public-Cloudumgebungen (inkl. Microsoft 365/Sharepoint)
