Technologisch arbeitest du mit Microsoft-Server- und Client-Technologien wie Windows Server, Active Directory oder Microsoft 365 sowie mit Netzwerk- und Monitoringlösungen. Die Position ist branchenübergreifend einsetzbar und passt zu Projekten in Industrie, Dienstleistung oder öffentlichen Einrichtungen., * Betreuen der Netzwerk- und Systeminfrastruktur für Standorte und Kunden

 * Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen im 1st bis 3rd Level Support
 * Unterstützen von Anwendern sowohl vor Ort als auch remote
 * Administrieren und Pflegen von Server- und Clientumgebungen
 * Einrichten und Verwalten von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Richtlinien
 * Dokumentieren von Systemen, Monitoring und Sicherstellen eines stabilen IT-Betriebs
 * Mitwirken an Projekten zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur
