* Leiten und weiterentwickeln von Mitarbeitenden in der Fertigung inklusive Ausbildung und Coaching
 * Organisieren und sicherstellen eines zuverlässigen Produktionsablaufs unter Berücksichtigung von Arbeitsschutz und Umweltanforderungen
 * Steuern und überwachen der operativen Produktionsprozesse mithilfe von Produktions-IT wie SAP, MES und zugehörigen Integrationslösungen
 * Analysieren von Abläufen und Einleiten von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen nach Lean-Prinzipien
 * Koordinieren bereichsübergreifender Projekte und Abstimmen mit Technik, Einkauf und Qualität
 * Erstellen klarer Projektdokumentationen und Statusberichte zur Nachvollziehbarkeit
