## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnliche Qualifikationen durch eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann (m/w/d))
 * Erste Berufserfahrung als Sales Analyst, Sales Development Manager, Business Analyst (m/w/d) oder in ähnlichen Bereichen
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Navision und/oder SAP
 * Erfahrung in der Prozessanalyse- und Optimierung, idealerweise in Analysetools wie Power BI, Tableau oder Qlik
 * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint & Excel)
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen und Vertriebsabläufen, um Schwachstellen zu identifizieren und passende Lösungen zu entwickeln
 * Pflege und Anpassung unserer Systeme inklusive Weiterentwicklung unserer ERP-Systeme Navision und SAP
 * Pflege, Nutzung und Optimierung von Salesforce sowie Sicherstellung der Integration von CRM und SAP
 * Schulung von Anwendern in ERP- und CRM-Systemen und Beratung der Fachabteilungen bzgl. System- und Prozessoptimierung
 * Leitung und Koordination von Projekten zur Systemintegration sowie Prozessverbesserung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer IT-Abteilung und externen Partnern
