 * Prüfung der fachlichen und technischen Umsetzbarkeit in Zusammenarbeit mit ServiceNow und externen Experten
 * Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau des ServiceNow-Portfolios
 * Aufbereitung und Überführung von Anforderungen in den Demand- und Portfolio-Prozess zur Priorisierung und Umsetzung
 * Sicherstellung einer standardnahen Plattformnutzung sowie Vermeidung von Insellösungen
 * Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen, ServiceNow-Experten und IT-Stakeholdern
