 * GenAI ist für dich kein Neuland: Du hast bereits eigene Erfahrung im Design von generativen KI-Systemen, von Retrieval-Strategien über Architekturentscheidungen bis hin zu den typischen Stolpersteinen im Praxiseinsatz
 * Ob klassisches Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Agentic AI oder doch nur reine Automatisierung - du weißt wann welcher Grad an Komplexität seine Berechtigung hat

 * Cloud oder On-Premise? Im Umgang mit Azure oder AWS bist du vertraut und hast Erfahrung mit Containerisierung. Wenn du bereits mit Kubernetes gearbeitet hast, umso besser!
 * Python inkl. gängiger Bibliotheken (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy), SQL sowie der Umgang mit relationalen und modernen Datenspeichern gehören zu deinem täglichen Handwerkszeug. Mit ML-Frameworks wie PyTorch hast du gearbeitet und weißt, wie Modelltraining und Finetuning grundsätzlich funktionieren
