 * Updates & Lifecycle Management: Sicherstellung reibungsloser Software- und Hardware-Updates mit SCCM und Dell Command Update (DCU)
 * Betrieb & Administration: Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Fehleranalyse in einer Windows-Client-Umgebung inkl. Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien
 * 2nd & 3rd Level Support: Analyse und Lösung komplexer Client-Probleme über den 1st Level Support hinaus
 * Automatisierung: Entwicklung und Einsatz von Skripten (z. B. PowerShell) zur Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben
 * IT-Security: Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Best Practices im Bereich IT-Sicherheit
 * Dokumentation & Reporting: Pflege technischer Dokumentationen in i-doit und Confluence sowie Erstellung von Reports
