## About the Role

Are you the technical expert who enjoys solving complex customer challenges? Do you have a passion for technology, customer support, and problem-solving? Would you like to work in an international environment where you support leading pharmaceutical and industrial customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment?, * A Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, electrical, process engineering, or a related technical discipline.

 * Hands-on technical knowledge of pharmaceutical OSD equipment.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience working with Microsoft Office and modern digital tools, including AI-supported solutions.
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and international stakeholders.
 * The ability to interpret technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, specifications, and P&IDs.
 * Experience in spare parts, service operations, installed-base management, or after-sales support is considered an advantage.
 * Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.

## Description

As Technical Service Support Engineer, you will be a key technical partner for customers, service teams, and sales colleagues. You will provide technical guidance, develop service solutions, and help ensure customers get the most value from their equipment., * Support Service Account Managers and regional teams with technical expertise during the sales process.

 * Identify and recommend the correct spare parts based on customer requirements and equipment configurations.
 * Develop spare parts packages, service documentation, and maintenance plans.
 * Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting to customers and field service engineers worldwide.
 * Prepare technical proposals for equipment upgrades and modifications
 * Contribute to technical training programs for customers and colleagues.
 * Support the resolution of complaints, claims, and technical issues in collaboration with internal experts.
