 * Du führst deine Werkstattgruppe (Facharbeiter/innern und/oder Supervisor) disziplinarisch und leitest fachlich an
 * Du stellst die Ausbildung, Weiterbildung und die Qualifikationen deiner Mitarbeiter/innen sicher
 * Du erarbeitest, optimierst und setzt Produktionskonzepte um
 * Du analysierst und optimierst die Datenqualität der Kostenstelle
 * Du stellst die Einhaltung aller geltenden luftfahrtrechtlichen Vorschriften, Arbeitsvorschriften, Unfallverhütungs-, Gefahrstoff- und Umweltschutzbestimmungen sicher
