## Description

* Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsprozessen
 * Administration, Wartung und Pflege der und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Bearbeitung und Behebung von IT-Störungen
 * Erarbeitung und Dokumentation von Qualität-Standards
 * Beschaffung und Inbetriebnahme von Endgeräten (Thin Clients, Notebooks, Drucker, Mobilfunk …)
 * Koordination von externen Dienstleistern
 * Unterstützung der Häuser (27) auch im Rahmen der Kooperation mit unserem Partner-Landesverband Unterweser-Ems
 * Betreuung der im Unternehmen eingesetzten Reservierungssysteme
